‘Somatic practices to awaken and empower you in discovering greater presence, ease and effortless movement’

I teach a flowing and dynamic practice that incorporates spiral movement, multi-directional movement, and pulsation. I work with a clear sense of fascial continuities that are woven into a seamless sequencing of asana. My classes reflect both my interest and background in dance, bodywork, and somatic movement. They offer modifications and adaptations to suit a variety and diversity of bodies.

All classes in my home studio have limited mat spaces and must be booked in advance.
Available via zoom and in-studio.

“Caroline’s classes have an understated but powerful warmth and embrace all levels of flexibility and strength. I was in a low and unbending place when I began, and the classes have eased me back into a powerful sense of agency and capacity.”
